Where will you fish?
With The Social Match, you will enjoy fishing Tawadbet located west of Bangkok with over 40 different fish species to fish for, majority being carp and barb species between 1kg-10kg.
Fishing light feeder or float rods work best for this venue (match style).
Tawadbet fishing match lake
This is a fishing lake which has been operating for more than 15 years, which indicates it is doing something right. There is a strong chance that experienced anglers have already partaken in the sights and challenges of Tawadbet, but if you haven’t, this is one of the Thai fishing experiences you should look to tick off.
This is a challenging lake, but not too difficult. The standard range of fish weigh between 1kg and 40kg, which makes this an ideal setting for a competitive fishing activity. No matter your experience or skillset, we think you’ll love the fishing challenges on offer here, making it a perfect setting for the Social Match trip.
Day one for the Social Match
We collect you at the airport and transfer you directly to your hotel in Bangkok
Once you are settled into the hotel, we have social activities on offer to ensure you have fun from the first evening. You can enjoy an evening meal, game of pool and drinks in the entertainment part of the city.
Day two for the Social Match
A big breakfast is the ideal way to set yourself up for fishing, and we’ll make sure you get the day off to the finest start.
After you have enjoyed a nutritious and filling breakfast, we whisk you away to the Tawadbet fishing match lake. The fishing action gets underway at 1pm, and you have four hours of fishing to enjoy. Make sure you bring you’re a-game because the competition is underway, and there are prizes on offer at the end of the trip.
When the fishing period concludes at 6pm, you are transferred back to the hotel and again, we have taken care of your meal and drinks in the entertainment part of the city. This is the ideal trip to take if you want everything taken care of on your behalf!
Day three for the Social Match
The final fishing day of the trip starts with breakfast again, and once you are properly fuelled for the day ahead, we transfer you to Tawadbet for the afternoon session.
As you would expect, on the final day of the competition, things get heated, but the surroundings are fantastic, and we are sure you will love what is on offer.
We transfer you back to the hotel and once you have freshened up, drinks and your evening meal are provided. Of course, as this is the final evening, there is also the prize ceremony and there is a trophy on offer for the best angler of the Social Match.
The added level of competition throughout the trip provides the impetus for a great few days, and we find the prize ceremony is the perfect way to let your hair down near the end of a brilliant trip.
Day four for the Social Match
The fishing experience of the Social Match event is over, but we still take great care of you. Breakfast is provided, and we transfer you to Bangkok. We are more than happy to drop you off at a hotel, or even the airport, depending on what your plans are.
