Can I hire equipment at the Teak Tree Fishing Lake?
Most people don’t want to bring equipment with them to a fishing resort, and you will be well taken care of at Teak Tree Fishing Lake. You receive equipment and bait at the resort, and if you need to hire any more, you can do so.
Please be advised that if you wish to use your own bait, you need approval from the team.
Is the Teak Tree Fishing Lake safe?
The lake is well run by an experienced team, and there are some rules which need to be followed. Bait cannot be left in the water unattended, barbless hooks are the only hooks allowed, and all fishing tackle must be checked by the team before being used. No live bait is to be used; and this is a catch and release fishery.
Are there additional packages available for the Teak Tree Fishing Lake?
The cost of the stay includes three meals a day, providing you with breakfast, lunch and dinner. The standard offering is a Western breakfast, a light lunch and then a great range of Thai dishes to choose from at night. If you desire Western meals at night, this can be arranged. Guests are invited to dine in the main house, or on the patio which overlooks the lake.
All guests will find their fridge is kitted out with water and ice, while coffee, tea and whitener products are provided. Guests are permitted to bring snacks and drinks for their stay. If required, a trip to the local supermarket at the start of the trip can be organised.

There are two bungalows on offer, both covering 200 square metres, and each bungalow contains@

Both of the bungalows are completed to a high standard, and both feature a waterside balcony, which connects with the lounge and front bedroom.
Can I get a photograph with the fish I catch?
Of course.
As you would expect from a reputable catch and release fishery, the guides will talk you through the process, and you will need to get into the water for the photograph. However, if you follow these instructions, you’ll have an excellent memento of your time here.
